          This massage is based on traditional Balinese massage techniques, long thought to renew, strengthen and heal both body and mind. Using stretching, long strokes, skin rolling, and palm and thumb pressure techniques it aims to relieve tension, improve circulation and create a feeling of well-being.

A deeply relaxing path to health and harmony, harnessing the therapeutic properties of 100% pure essential oils with our specialty aromatherapy massage oil blends. A tonic for the soul, it can help to banish stress and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Reflexology 50mins

An ancient healing therapy, as blissful as it is beneficial. Reflexology works on the principle that all body organs are connected to reflex points in the feet, via constantly flowing energy channels.

Massage of these reflex points aims to improve well-being by restoring the natural flow of body energy, assisting correction of any imbalances and flushing out toxic build up. Recover physical and mental harmony with this wonderful treatment that will send waves of relaxation through your entire body.

Hot Stone Massage           50mins

The healing power of touch combines with the energy of the earth in this deeply relaxing massage. Smooth warmed rocks glide across your body in long, flowing strokes. The heat helps to relax the muscles and has a soothing effect on your emotions. Simultaneously, rocks are placed on the body’s various energy points to encourage the body’s healing potential.

Traditional Asian Facial           50mins

This gentle, yet effective, facial uses traditional Asian beauty recipes made with fresh ingredients – cleansing minerals, soothing fruits, and nourishing vegetable and plant extracts. These all-natural elixirs are used to cleanse, refine, restore and hydrate the skin.

Incorporating acupressure and stroking massage to the face, scalp, neck and shoulders ensures that you will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and thoroughly pampered.

Enjoy a herbal tea and cookies. Finish with either a Balinese Massage, using pure aromatherapy oils to send stress packing and soothe your world-weary soul, or a relaxing and pampering Traditional Asian Facial.
